Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

We do not cover the shipping costs for returns.

We are not responsible for lost returns sent without tracking.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on, Earrings due to health and safety reasons. Sale or clearance items.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item due to damage or issue, we will inform you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Kindly note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to complete and post the transaction.
